Meet Our Golf Canada Professional Staff
Riley Boothby, CPGA, TCCP Intermediate Certified
Riley Boothby is a born and raised Cochranite, he started his golfing career at the Riverview golf course being active in the junior program. From there he joined Bearspaw Country club, again very active in the junior program, with Head Pro Wib Lamb being a major contributor to Rileys success today.
During 2009 he traveled south for two years to the Golf Academy of America for Golf Course Management. Beginning the 2012 season Riley joined us at GlenEagles, Riley is one of our Assistant Professionals where his passion is growing the game of golf through Junior golf clinics and teaching golfers of every skill level. Riley also has his own teaching academy where he teaching golfers of all ages year-round with the use of his Indoor Studio and Flightscope.
Taylor Kwas, CPGA
Taylor is also a local growing up in Cochrane. He took an unconventional approach, he began golfing in his teens and wasn't until his late teens he began to pursue a career in Golf. His approach is take your golf swing and make it more efficient with solid fundamentals and match it to your goals.
Mac Keats , CPGA
Its a trifecta, Mac rounds out the professional staff as the third pro being born and raised in Cochrane. Mac took a more adventerous route to get back to his route. Spending several years in Hawaii persuing his playing career, attending school and playing on the College golf team. After Graduating he packed up and kept the dream alive playing and working out of Bear Mountain Golf Club in Victoria. Mac has established himself as a great players and developing into a teacher of all skill levels.
